In Parliament, Laura contributed to another debate on child and adolescent mental health services in which she raised her concerns about West Berkshire's service and the extremely long waits many local children faced in receiving a diagnosis. In her speech, she also talked about her own campaign to bring local wait times down to one year and the work she has been doing to see this achieved. She also made suggestions to the Minister about how services could be improved.
The debate in Parliament related to two e-petitions on assessments for autism and ADHD, numbers 589677 and 597840.
This Parliamentary debate also followed, almost a year to the day, Laura's own Westminster Hall debate on the matter in which she raised her concerns about child and adolescent mental health services in West Berkshire.
