Wednesday, 20 July, 2022

To continue her campaign to bring down waiting times for child and adolescent mental health services in West Berkshire, Laura met with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to discuss the situation in West Berkshire.

During the meeting, it was recognised that the CQC had assessed the service and on the last two occasions (dating back to 2015) it had found that their waiting times “require improvement.” As such, Laura asked the CQC what support the body could provide to help bring down waiting times.
