Laura asks the Transport Secretary about High Court powers

Today, Wednesday 30 March, the Transport Secretary Grant Shapps MP made a statement to the House on P&O Ferries and the steps his Department would be taking in response to recent events with P&O Ferries.

Following her work on the matter, Laura asked the Transport Secretary would consider working with other Government departments to increase the powers of the High Court to ensure that companies undertake the 90 day consultation.
