You will receive an email 2 weeks before the tour with your tour group allocation and timings.
There will be two tours of 25 leaving 10 minutes apart.
We advise that you aim get to Westminster for 11:20, to allow up to 30 minutes to get through the airport style security checks.
The first tour leaves at 11:50 and the second leaves at 12:00.
Since being elected as MP for Newbury in December 2019, I have wanted to welcome constituents to Parliament. I am delighted to say that now things are returning to normal I will be hosting regular tours for groups of constituents.
The walking tour of the Palace of Westminster includes –
- Westminster Hall, the ancient hall at the heart of the Palace where Parliament first sat.
- The House of Commons, including the Speaker's Chair and the famous green benches.
- The House of Lords, including the Royal Throne.
- The Queen's Robing Room, Royal Gallery and many other fascinating parts of Parliament.
Tours are given by an expert guide. The tour takes approximately 75 minutes and I will meet you during your visit to answer any questions you may have about my work as your MP.
